By accessing or using Cougar Puberty™ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Cougar Puberty™ is an educational resource designed to help women recognize and understand patterns during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

The Service provides:

• Pattern recognition based on self-reported signals
• Educational frameworks for understanding hormonal transitions
• Lifestyle-oriented guidance and self-reflection prompts
• Language and context to support medical advocacy

The Service does not:

• Diagnose health conditions or diseases
• Prescribe medications, supplements, or medical treatments
• Replace consultation with qualified healthcare providers
• Provide emergency medical services

You must create an account and maintain an active subscription to access most features of the Service.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Plans

Subscription plans, pricing, and billing are managed through Stripe. You can manage your subscription from your Account Settings page.

Founding Member Benefits

Founding Members (first 200 subscribers to the 3-Year Pass) receive special benefits as outlined in the Founding Member Program. These benefits are non-transferable.

We collect and store only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service:

• Email address (for account login)
• Assessment history (stage classifications and signals)
• Goals and preferences
• Subscription metadata (plan, status, Stripe customer ID)

We never store payment card data. All payment processing is securely handled by Stripe.

We never sell your data. Your health information is private and belongs to you.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Use the Service for its intended purpose (personal health pattern insight)
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Seek appropriate medical care when needed (see About for guidance on when to seek care)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Pattern recognition will be accurate for your specific situation
• Guidance will resolve symptoms or health concerns
• The Service will meet your specific medical needs

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COUGAR PUBERTY™ AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any reliance on guidance provided by the Service
• Delays in seeking medical care based on Service information
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

You have the right to export or delete your data at any time:

• Data Export: Available in CSV or JSON format from your Account Settings page
• Account Deletion: Permanently removes all your data from our systems (subscription and payment history remain with Stripe for compliance)

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
